P3 - What Is Children’s Mental Health Week?

Children's Mental Health Week is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness about children and young people's mental health.

Each year there is a different theme for Children's Mental Health Week. The theme for 2023 was ‘Let's Connect'. 

Over the week Primary 3 took part in a range of fun activities that boosted our mental health and overall well-being.  We enjoyed fitness fun at the local park, played games that helped us reflect on family connections and created meaningful friendships with older classes through board games/outside challenges.
