P3 Green Day

Primary 3 enjoyed every minute of ‘Green Day’.  We discovered and talked about St. Patrick and how he is celebrated all over the world.  For snack we made a delicious healthy cucumber caterpillar, it was so much fun learning how to use a knife correctly and making our tasty creations!  We explored our ‘eco school’ in search of green nature items and as a team designed cool collages.  To end the day, we coloured and cut a range of crafts including a pot of gold and shamrocks.  Plus, we could resist have a little boogie to some traditional Irish music and playing a leprechaun themed board game!  What a fantastic day!
