Primary 6 had the best day in school today celebrating World Book Day. We began our morning by coming to school in our cosy pyjamas, dressing gowns and slippers - we thought that this was an awesome idea! Throughout the day Miss Holmes had planned so many fun activities linked to World Book Day for us. We completed a class quiz called ‘Name that book’ and we really impressed Miss Holmes with our wonderful knowledge about lots of different stories. We also got to complete character selfies choosing our favourite book characters. After break we got to join our Primary 2 buddies to share a story with them. We turned out the lights and got cosy with all of our different stories. In the afternoon we became book designers and got to design new book covers for our favourite books.
