Primary 6 had a great day getting active with Numeracy. We completed a range of different active Numeracy activities throughout the day. We got to-
- Design, make and play a spooky board game with our Primary 3 buddies
- We made 2D and 3D shapes using model magic, multilink cubes and chalk
- We used the net of a cuboid to make our own WW2 evacuee suitcase
- We used geoboards and elastic bands and then the geoboard app on the iPads to make a range of 2D shapes
- We used the IWB to play a range of different shape mental maths games
- We used our problem solving skills to carry out a range of tricky activities using Isak 9
