We have been exploring and investigating our natural environment this term by carrying out bug surveys and tree health investigations in Roe Valley Country Park. We have even submitted our results to the national database which can be viewed at www.opalexplorenature.org/surveys . We planned and worked together in groups and teams. We made decisions, calculated heights and identified many, many different invertebrates. It was lots of fun, great learning and we are helping conserve our local environment as well.
